What we found
Homepage CTA and reviews
Homepage has a clear phone number and a “GET A QUOTE” button. Reviews are a genuine strength: Birdeye shows 4.9 stars from 7,996 reviews, the site's own claim of 550-600+ reviews is actually lower than the aggregate.
Midland page missing the homepage's CTA
The homepage proves they know how to put a phone number and quote button above the fold. The dedicated /electrician-midland page, the exact page a Midland search lands on, doesn't carry it, the CTA sits further down the page instead.
Facebook and Instagram
Facebook page active with real job-specific content (CCTV demo videos, an owner-introduction post). Instagram @jc_electrical shows 1,251 followers per search data.
No stated response time
No mention anywhere of response time or auto-reply. Quote process described only as “send a few photos and a few details”, no turnaround stated.
How SAL's services could help
- Landing page / conversion optimisation (primary fit)Rebuilding the Midland page (and any other suburb pages built the same way) to match the homepage's CTA pattern is a small, contained fix: mobile visitors who don't have to scroll are more likely to tap to call before bouncing to a competitor's result.
- TrackingWith no visible speed-to-lead promise or auto-reply, there's likely no way to measure how many enquiries go cold before anyone calls back.
- Google AdsNo evidence found of paid search for Midland-area terms, worth noting as a possible opportunity since they already rank organically for the term their own page targets.
Sources and limits

Exclusion-zone check cross-referenced the business's own stated registered address against the standing Nexus exclusion list.
